Is the perception of your body or weight a main concern of yours? Do you feel discouraged or overwhelmed by the various approaches to food and diet or the complex world of food industries? This workshop takes an interactive approach providing accessible learning content, tools, breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as cooking demonstrations – all with a view to encourage you to embark on a new path lined with love, respect, pleasure and joy. Both the physiological and emotional components of diets will be covered.
You will finally be able to understand and integrate your sources of food-choice stimulations, compulsions or deprivations. You will learn how to come to terms with food, respect your body and listen to signals of hunger and fullness. Finally, this workshop will help you re-connect with energy, vitality, lightness and fluidity, thus enabling you to live happily in a harmonious body. There is no such thing as a miracle diet. You are the miracle!
