How to improve your sleep and understand the messages conveyed by your dreams

Did you know that by learning how to manage our nights skillfully, we also enable ourselves to take fuller advantage of our lives? To that end, we may draw on a number of practical tools to improve the quality of our sleep and thereby optimize our daytime well-being. Knowledge of good sleep hygiene is a major asset in today’s hustle and bustle.
Understanding dreams serves to develop greater knowledge of oneself and makes it easier to decode night-time messages. By learning how to analyze dreams, you’ll be better able to decipher the personal symbols that are unique to each individual.
In addition, a demonstration will be given of techniques for programming dreams with a view to solving everyday problems. If “sleeping on it” has always been a solution of choice, why not become familiar with the language of dreams and put them to work for us during the daytime!
